Yoakim, you’re right. Also the US suffers from a huge deficit. But while the dollar is a “safe haven” currency, the pound isn’t. Britain also has a chance of losing the AAA credit rating due to its debt.

Sayed, the Abu-Dhabi rescue helped Pound recover only temporarily. Also the better-than expected CPI helped only a little bit. It seems that the Pound wants to fall.

hi, you are right the signs of GBP/USD being
bearish has started. Though a little confusion
of Funding to the current crises of Dubai by
Abudhabi was created as how the market will react
but so far after a little consolidation in prices i think finally it has chosen a destiny
