VT Trader is Available for Gain Clients

Since the acquisition of CMS Forex by Gain Capital, the popular VT Trader platform disappeared. Well, VT Trader is now back on the scene for Gain clients that have been introduced by CMS Forex. CMS Forex now serves an introducing broker for Gain Capital (forex.com).

It seems that Gain Capital responded to popular demand. This follows the IPO of Gain. I guess they had time for it now.

Introducing Brokers Join the Fight Against the CFTC

The proposed regulation by the CFTC isn’t only about leverage. It consists of regulations that are a big blow to brokers and to introducing brokers. A group of IBs has joined forces to challenge the CFTC in a new site: ibcoalition.org.

All the founding members of this coalition are members of the NFA. Regarding permits, they ask to get the same treatment as IB operators in futures or guarantees. They also ask the CFTC to study forex market and to rethink the 10:1 leverage proposal.

Oanda Now Supported On Currensee

Oanda, probably the biggest forex broker, is now supported on Currensee. Oanda traders can now share their trades and use Currensee’s social network for free. Hopefully all forex brokers will adopt a transparent policy with social sites such as Currensee.

According to some estimates, Oanda is the biggest forex broker, at least in the US. Up to now, Oanda didn’t appear on Currensee’s long list of supported brokers: over 100.

Start Options, a provider of binary options, announced that traders can now check out their options using a virtual demo account. They are currently the only provider that provides this service. This sector is evolving together with traditional forex trading.

I’m repeating my pledge to check their possibilities using a forex demo account. Up to now, a demo account wasn’t available in the field of binary options – not for stocks and not for forex binary options.
