Hello Markets launches a new security measure that helps defend brokers, using its new Security Token. This follows cases of employees stealing contact data of clients at brokerages.

Always seeking the latest high-end technological solutions and continually looking to improve security for its clients, Hello Markets is introducing the Security Token, made available to all its clients to ensure optimal security.
The Hello Markets Security Token is a security device which is sure to upgrade the safety of the broker’s website and Back Office to unprecedented levels. The small handheld device, which will generate a new code every time the user switches it on, will be required in order to access the back end of the broker’s website – along with the username and password which will have already been provided to the client.
Only made available to the administrator of the website, this will ensure a high level of security guaranteed to minimise any possible threat of unwarranted access to sensitive information which could be harmful to the broker.
In an effort to further add to the security of the website on top of the addition of the Security Token, Hello Markets has implemented the use of an encryption code. Integrated in its system, the encryption code will help to uniquely identify the user who is trying to access the system. Though thorough, the combination of a username, password, security token and an encryption code will unquestionably guarantee the security of a broker’s website.
Since it is a physical item, the Hello Markets Security Token will guarantee that only the person in possession of it will be able to access the back end of the website, which in most cases, is done by the administrator of the website.
