“Starting today, you can invest in Ethereum Classic on Robinhood Crypto, commission-free,” Robinhood, a popular platform that offers zero-commission cryptocurrency trading, announced on Monday.
Meanwhile, Coinbase exchange on Friday stated that it was conducting the final tests and was planning to list ETC very soon. Markets are expecting the official listing to happen on Tuesday, August 7.
Boosted by these developments, Ethereum Classic’s market capitalization increased to $1.9 billion according to the latest available data on coinmarketcap.com and the ETC/USD pair was up 10% on the day at 10.36%.
