The greenback is on the back foot after stumbling on weak data and shifting expectations. It now faces a very busy calendar that was crammed due to the Thanksgiving holiday. While expectations for some indicators are high, perhaps the wave of USD selling may be nearing an end. Durable goods orders, new home sales and the Fed’s favorite inflation measure stand out.
