AUD/JPY Technical Analysis: Bearish RSI divergence on 1H chart

  • The AUD/JPY is currently trading at 82.54 and may drop to support of the ascending 50-hour exponential moving average (EMA), currently at 8.19, as the relative strength index (RSI) on the hourly chart has diverged in favor of the bears.
  • The hourly chart is also showing a bearish divergence of stochastic and a bearish crossover on the MAC.
  • The pullback,   however, could be short-lived as the daily chart is biased toward the bulls: yesterday’s bullish close above the 200-day EMA is backed by the ascending 5-, 10-day EMAs.
