Australian PM Morrison: EU has denied export of 250K covid vaccine doses to Australia

Australian Prime Minister Morrison expressed concerns on Wednesday, as the European Union (EU) has denied covid vaccine exports to Australia.

Market reaction

AUD/USD is unfazed by the above comments on the vaccine, as it holds the higher ground above 0.7660.

At the time of writing, the aussie trades at 0.7664, modestly flat on the day, having hit fresh multi-day tops at 0.7667 in the last hour.
