Breaking News: S&P 500 reaches new record high above 2,872.87, US dollar falls sharply

The S&P 500 recently rose above the 2,872.87 mark and touched a new all-time high to trigger a broad-based USD sell-off. The US Dollar Index quickly fell to a fresh 12-day low at 95.27 and was last seen at 95.33, where it was down 0.4% on the day.
