More comments are crossing the wires, via Reuters, from China’s  fx regulator, the State Administration of  Foreign Exchange (SAFE), as It now speaks about the exchange rate level.

Yuan remains stable and strong currency.

China-us interest rate differential not vital in affecting capital flows.

Risks in China’s foreign debt under control – will closely monitor changes in foreign debt and provide policy guidance.
