China’s Foreign Ministry, commenting on the White House economic advisor Larry Kudlow’s overnight comments, said that his remarks on trade dispute were shocking and bogus.

“¢ The US blaming China for stalled talks are groundless.
“¢ China is forced to take countermeasures on $200 billion tariffs.
“¢ US unilateral actions are unacceptable.
