Chinese President Xi Jinping was out with some comments in the last hour saying that we should defeat various domestic, foreign risks and challenges. We will set-up technology innovation and expand the industrial chain, Xi added further.
Xi didn’t comment directly on the idea of banning exports of rare-element to the US but said that they are important strategic resources.
