Coronavirus update: Spain’s new deaths toll snapped a three-day daily decline

The Spanish Health Ministry reported that the coronavirus cases increased to 166,019 on Sunday from 161,852 reported on Saturday.

The death toll rose by 619 to 16,972 vs. Saturday’s 16,353. The country’s new deaths jumped from nearly three-week low of 510 seen a day before.
