ECB said to be considering fresh TLTRO – MNI

According to MNI Financial News, the European Central Bank is considering fresh Targeted longer-term refinancing operations (TLTROs). The initial market reaction to this news dragged the EUR/USD pair to a fresh daily low of 1.1380.
