In event of no-deal, EU will apply normal trade regime with UK.
EU will analyse UK plans on tariff.
EU Commission is determined to avoid a hard border in Northern Ireland.
EU wants to keep integrity of the EU single market.
Iish backstop is the only solution now to preserve that.
