EU Commission spokesman: Withdrawal Agreement cannot be reopened

Commenting on the Brexit uncertainty, a spokesman for the European Commission said that they were always ready to talk to British Prime Minister Theresa May but reiterated that the Withdrawal Agreement cannot be reopened.
