EU: Consumer Confidence stays unchanged at -0.6 in July vs. -0.7 expected

“In July 2018, the DG ECFIN flash estimate of the consumer confidence indicator remained unchanged in the euro area  (at −0.6),” the European Commission announced in its latest report and added: “While it increased in the EU (+0.6 points to −0.7) compared to June.”

There was no apparent reaction to the data from the EUR/USD pair and it was last seen trading at 1.1707, where it was down 0.12% on the day.
