EU Official: Issues of fisheries, Gibraltar still need to be resolved before Sunday

Meanwhile, an EU official was noted saying that the ball is now in the court of EU member states on Brexit text and confirmed that issues of fisheries, Gibraltar still need to be resolved before Sunday.
