  • The cross has come under further selling pressure today and recedes below the 127.00 milestone after hitting fresh 2019 tops around 127.50 on Monday.
  • EUR/JPY remains on track to visit the key 200-day SMA at 128.10 as long at the 126.00 area holds the downside (early February peaks).
  • In the broader scenario and provided the short-term support line at 124.64 underpins, the positive outlook in the cross should stay unchanged.
