EU’s Juncker: Brexit talks do not aim to ‘punish the UK’

The European Commission’s President Jean-Claude Juncker recently crossed the wires saying that Brexit talks did not aim to ‘punish the UK’. “Eu is not in an aggressive mood on future relations post-Brexit,” Juncker added, as reported by Reuters.
