EU’s Moscovici: Could be ‘fully legitimate’ to have 2nd Brexit vote

The European Economic Commissioner Pierre Moscovici recently crossed the wires saying that it could be ‘fully legitimate’ to have a second Brexit vote in the UK. “The length to any extension to Brexit will be key,” Moscovicci added.
