Fed favorite inflation figure eyed

Liquidity and volatility remain low as many markets are still enjoying the Easter holiday but we are seeing the GDP fueled dollar strength beginning to unwind. A mixed market mood will await a few economic indicators coming out of the US, with the core PCE Price Index standing out. This is the Fed’s favorite inflation figure and could shape future monetary policy.
