Former British Foreign  Secretary Borish Johnson has recently delivered his resignation speech with key quotes, via SKY News, found below.

• Johnson praises Theresa May and the PM’s “courage and her resilience”, adding it was a “privilege to collaborate with her in promoting Global Britain”.
• He praises May’s Mansion House speech in January but says that “never actually turned that into a negotiating position”.
• He also decries how the issue of the Irish border was allowed “to become so politically-charged as to dominate the debate”.
• Johnson describes the PM’s Brexit plan, as agreed at Chequers as “miserable permanent limbo”.
