An official from the French Presidential Office was reported by Reuters, as saying that the French President Macron and the UK Prime Minister (PM) Johnson are likely to meet on August, 22^nd over lunch.

No further details are provided on the same.

Amid increased Brexit anxiety, the Cable failed to sustain at higher levels and reversed sharply to 1.2125 region, down 0.20% on the day.
