Mitsuhiro Furusawa, Deputy Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), was out on the wires in the last hour and said:
“¢ Japanese economy not in a stage where the BoJ should raise rates or diminish the degree of monetary stimulus.
“¢ China has various means to deal with capital outflows, the issue is manageable.
“¢ Recent market volatility partly due to the huge amount of money in the global economy.
