Irish Prime Minister Leo Varadkar, speaking in Parliament on Brexit, said:
“¢ Want orderly Brexit, transition period.
“¢ Can’t be time limited backstop.
“¢ Review clause may be to our advantage.
“¢ We want a deal, need to be creative.
“¢ Will not accept a unilateral review clause.
“¢ Review clause different to exit clause.
“¢ There can be no expiry date, no unilateral exit clause to the backstop.
“¢ We are open to considering a review clause.
