Ahead of the meeting between the EU Chief Juncker and the Italian PM Conte today at 1500 GMT, the Italian newspaper Il Messaggero is out with the latest headlines, citing that PM Conte is reportedly said to seek a budget deficit target of 2.05%-2.08%.
