Italy to lower fiscal deficit to 2.2 percent in 2020 – Repubblica

The news is crossing the wires via Repubblica that Italy is planning to lower its fiscal deficit to 2.2 percent of the gross domestic product (GDP) in 2020, according to Repubblica.  

Corriere reported earlier today that the Eurozone’s second most indebted nation is targeting 2 percent deficit in 2021.
