New Zealand farmer confidence turns negative for the first time since early 2016

New Zealand farmer confidence has turned negative for the first time since early 2016, largely due to the dip in dairy confidence.

Rabobank’s GM Country Banking, Hayley Gourley, is associating with the dip in dairy confidence to government policies and expectations of the broader agricultural economy,” such as milk prices and poor GDT results, according to NZ Herald.
