Reuters reports the latest comments by a senior European Union (EU) official, as he makes some remarks on the highly-anticipated UK PM May’s letter asking the EU for Brexit extension.

Not received UK PM May’s Brexit letter.

Not received request for an extension.

Maybe request will come maybe it will not.

Hopes the UK position will be clarified tomorrow at latest.
