S&P: BOK to cut rates once or twice in 2020 – Reuters

Bank of Korea will likely cut interest rates once or twice in 2020, the S&P rating agency’s economists said on Tuesday, according to Reuters.

The central bank kept its base rate unchanged at 1.25 percent on Nov. 29, 2019, having delivered two rate cuts earlier this year to support an ailing economy.
