Spanish election: Socialist Party wins general election, but fell short of majority

Spain’s national election was held on Sunday and with more than 85% of the vote counted, the PSOE has taken 123 seats, with leftist parties victorious over right-wing Popular Party, Ciudadanos and Vox.
