Traders continue to bet that Fed would implement negative rates – WSJ newsletter

While the Federal Reserve (Fed) remains averse to negative interest rates, traders continue to bet that the US central bank would push rates below zero, according to The Daily Short – a global financial and economic newsletter published by the Wall Street Journal.

The Fed funds futures curve shows the Fed would cut rates below zero in the third quarter of 2021.
