Turkish Foreign Ministry: Removal from F-35 program is not based on a legitimate reason – Reuters

Having been removed from the US F-35 fighter jet program, Turkish Foreign Ministry spokesperson is on wires via Reuters. The news report mentions that the nation considers the US removing it from the F-35 program isn’t based on a legitimate reason and does not suit ally spirit.

The news report also cites the statement sent to the US that called to return from what it characterized as a mistake, saying it would harm strategic ties between two NATO allies.
