Two polls show most Italians want to stay in Euro – Reuters

Reuters reports the outcome of the polls conducted by the Euromedia and Piepoli organizations for state television Rai’s “Porta a Porta” programme broadcast on Wednesday night.

Two polls show that between 60-72 percent of Italians want the country to remain part of the Euro while 23-24 percent would want to drop the common currency.

Meanwhile, the Italian bonds extended its recovery-mode into a second straight session this Thursday, staging a solid comeback from the massive sell-off triggered by the renewed concerns over fresh Italian election.
