Reuters is out with the latest comments from the UK Brexit Secretary Stephen Barclay, as he warns that no Brexit is a bigger risk to the UK than a no-deal outcome.

His comments come after the UK government announced temporary cuts to the import tariffs on agriculture and cars in the event of a no-deal Brexit.
