UK PM Spokesman: PM May takes charge of Brexit talks; strips Brexit department of role

A spokesman for British Prime Minister Theresa May recently announced that Steven Barclay, a mid-ranking health minister and former whip, is named the new Brexit Secretary and added that PM May would take charge of Brexit talks by stripping the Brexit department of that role.
