UK’s Hammond: Austerity is coming to an end but discipline will remain

British Chancellor of the Exchequer Philip Hammond is now delivering his annual budget speech to the Parliament with key quotes, via Reuters, found below.

My idea of ending austerity does not mean putting up taxes.
Tax-free allowance for personal income tax will increase to 12,500 pounds in April 2020.
Higher rate threshold for income tax will increase to 50,000 pounds in April 2020.
Austerity is coming to an end but discipline will remain.
