The US House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said Monday that negotiations on government funding that will include coronavirus relief are making progress, according to Reuters.
Last week, President-elect Joe Biden said that the government could implement another round of coronavirus stimulus checks for families. The world’s largest economy is battling a second wave of coronavirus.
Pelosi’s comments could bolster bullish pressures around risk currencies such as the AUD and other commodity dollars.
