Irish PM Varadkar: Concerned that progress has not been made on Brexit

Irish Prime Minister Leo Varadkar, who earlier said that a no deal Brexit scenario was unlikely, recently crossed the wires and stated that Brexit talks could only succeed with a backstop agreement and added that he was concerned that progress had not been made on negotiations.
