US House Rep Pascrell: North American trade deal can’t pass Congress as is – USD/CAD spikes

According to Bloomberg, House Democrat Pascrell said that the North American trade deal couldn’t pass the Congress at its current state. This news put the loonie under a heavy selling pressure and the USD/CAD pair spiked up to its highest level since late July at 1.3263.
