According to a poll reported by the UK Times on Wednesday, a majority of the voters prefer the UK PM Theresa May to stay, backfiring an attempted coup by Tory Brexiteers against  her.

Key Quotes:

“An attempted coup by Tory Brexiteers against Theresa May appears to have backfired.

Voters giving the prime minister their strongest backing since last year’s election.

A week ago 33%   of voters backed Mrs. May staying in her post and 47% wanted her to go, a YouGov poll for The Times showed. Now 46%   say that she should stay and 34% want her to stand down.
