Speaking to reporters while travelling to a U.S. air base in Iraq for a surprise visit to troops, the U.S. President Donald Trump said that he wouldn’t back down on the partial government shutdown unless the Congress fund the proposed border wall. “We’re going to have a wall. We’re going to have safety,” Trump told reports, according to Bloomberg.
