ECB’s Couere: There is always a risk of a possible financial crisis

ECB governing council member, Benoit Coeure, in an interview on France Inter Radio, said that interest rates are to remain low for as long as necessary.

He was further noted saying that there is always a risk of a possible financial crisis and hence, we must be vigilant.
