China NDRC Vice Chairman rules out stimulus flood

The Vice Chairman of China’s National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) ruled out “flood-like strong stimulus” on Tuesday, possibly because the past experience shows that the cost of large-scale stimulus exceeds the benefits.
