Source: US Pompeo to hold talks with North Korea this week – Chosun Ilbo

A South Korean newspaper, the Chosun Ilbo, quoted an unnamed diplomatic source familiar with the talks between the United States and North Korea, citing that the US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo is about to hold high-level talks in Washington with the North Korean Senior Official Kim Yong Chol on Thursday or Friday.
