The EU parliament’s Brexit negotiator Guy Verhofstadt was out with his comments on the Brexit saga, saying that it would be bad if Article 50 is extended beyond EU parliamentary elections.

All parties in Britain must ensure that they come out of the trenches to agree on a common joint stance on Brexit, he added further.
