Reuters is out with the headlines from the OPEC statement, citing that the thirteenth OPEC-non-OPEC Joint Ministerial Monitoring Committee (JMMC) will be held in Baku, Azerbaijan on March, 18th.

Earlier today, oilprice.com reported that the OPEC and its allies to hold extraordinary general meeting on Apr. 17-18.
