WH Econ Adviser Hassett: Confident US-China can reach trade agreement by March 1

In an interview with CNN, Kevin Hassett, chair of the White House Council of Economic Advisers, said that he was confident that the U.S. and China could reach a trade agreement by the March 1 deadline.
