House Speaker Pelosi: No funds for wall, down payment a ‘nonstarter’

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi was on the wires last minutes, via Reuters, turning down on the down payment for the Wall.

She said: “No funds for wall, down payment a ‘nonstarter'”.

This comes after US President Trump reportedly asked for a ‘down payment’ on the wall to support the bill.
