UK foreign secretary, Jeremy Hunt crossed the wires in the last hour and remained hopeful that a deal will be reached. Hunt was noted saying that it is possible to find a solution to Brexit riddle and that we can get this deal through parliament.
Meanwhile, the GBP/USD pair extended its steady intraday decent and is currently placed at session lows, around the 1.3040-35 region as the key focus remains on the outcome of a meeting between the UK Prime Minister Theresa May and the European Commission President Juncker.
